A privacy note before you email: never attach your progress photos to a support message - we do not need them, and we cannot see your in-app data at all. Describing what happened is always enough.
Common questions
The FAQ on the main page covers data privacy, backups, supported devices, and pricing. The quick hits:
- Backups: Settings > Export backup creates a zip of everything; keep it somewhere you trust. Restore backup on a new phone replaces the app's data with the backup's contents.
- Reminders not arriving: check Notifications inside Norwood's Settings, then your system notification settings for Norwood. Reminders are scheduled locally, so Focus and Do Not Disturb modes apply to them like any other app.
- Camera or photo access denied: the app offers an Open Settings shortcut wherever access is needed; you can re-enable permissions in your system settings at any time.
- WiFi microscope: make sure your phone is joined to the microscope's network, then use Settings > Capture source > Set up to test the connection. The microscope is optional - the phone camera does everything else.
